Carlos and Charlie's a great new edition to the restaurants here at Broadway at the Beach.
Carlos and Charlie's is a family-friendly, 100% Mexican restaurant. It is a very laid back casual setting where guests are free to do as they please as they are entertained by their surrounding – dancing on chairs, comical skit performances, singing, dancing and more.
Family friendly, Carlos’n Charlie’s features international cuisine with a Mexican twist. In addition to some old favorites, you’re bound to find exciting new dishes with influences from around the globe including Italy and Japan.
Everyone loves tacos, and you’ll find some tasty ones here. Highly recommended are Charlie’s Tacos, featuring carne asada, chicken and chorizo sautéed with pico de gallo served on flour or corn tortillas and garnished with cream and ranchero-style beans.
In addition to the many other traditional Mexican dishes including burritos, nachos, fajitas, enchildas and chimichangas, there’s more!
Prepared in your choice of five different ways, the catch of the day is sure to hook the seafood lovers in the crowd. Among the selections, Mojo is sauced with garlic, butter, lime and parsley; Trankiki is wrapped in foil with spinach dip, Diabla sauce and mozzarella; and Madrazo is topped with creamy spinach, cheese and a touch of chipotle. Delicious!
Also highly recommended are the BBQ shrimp. Jumbo shrimp are stuffed with Monterey jack cheese, wrapped in bacon and basted with Carlos’n Charlie’s zesty chipotle barbecue sauce.
You’ll also find a great selection of steaks, chicken, pasta and other dishes including some incredibly juicy barbecued ribs.
Such a tasty meal isn’t complete without frosty cold beverages, and Carlos’n Charlie’s has the best drinks in town, from the Mother Margarita to a full slate of colorful frozen libations with names like Snow Driver and Caribbean Breeze. A wide selection of beers and wine are also served.
While the food is amazing, it’s the service and atmosphere that really set this place apart! Certainly, no two visits are ever the same, and you won’t forget a single minute of it!
