Summer Peach Tea Punch:

Prep Time:  5 minutes
Cook Time:  5 minutes
Steep Time:  10 minutes
Chill Times:  8 hours

For your grocery list from the store, you will need:
Family Sized Tea Bags
Mint Leaves
Bottle of Peach Nectar
Frozen Lemonade
Simple Sugar Sugar
Ginger ale
Club Soda

Preparation:
First Step:  Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.  Once the water is boiling, add 3 Family Sized Tea Bags and 2 Cups of Mint Leaves.  Allow to boil for 1 minute then remove from heat.  Cover the saucepan with a lid and steep for 10 minutes.

NOTE:  During the steeping process is where the water will get infused with the flavor of the tea bags.  If you want the flavor of the tea not so strong, removed before 10 minutes.  If you want the tea flavor to be stronger, make sure to steep more then 10 minutes.

Second Step:  Remove and discard tea bags and mint.  Pour into a 1-gallon container.  Add 1 – 33.8 oz bottle of peach nectar, 1 6 oz. can of frozen lemonade, and ½ cup of the Simple Sugar Syrup.  You will then cover and chill at least 8 hours or overnight.

Final Step:  Pour the chilled mixture into a serving bowl or large dispenser.  Stir in 1 liter bottle of ginger ale and 1 liter bottle of club soda just before serving.  You can add the extra fresh mint springs for garnish.  Serve with or without ice.

So go ahead and treat yourself to this refreshing southern favorite.
