  • What taxes can I expect to pay?
    • Taxes are 12% and included when a rate is quoted.
       
  • What is included in the resort fee?
    • The resort fee includes access to all of the amenities we offer at the resort.
       
  • Do I need a credit card to check in?
    • Yes, we will need to verify the card on file if you want to use that for the remainder of your stay, and we will always need a credit card on file for incidentals.
       
  • Is there a surcharge to use my credit card for payment?
    • No, the use of a credit card will not incur a surcharge.
       
  • Does the resort provide parking (valet parking/free parking/across-the-street parking)?
    • We have free parking.
       
  • What is the parking garage height clearance?
    • The parking garage height clearance is 8’6’’.
       
  • What time is check-in and checkout?
    • Checkout is at 11 a.m. and check-in is at 4 p.m.
       
  • Is it possible to check in early? May we use the facilities before check in?
    • Guests can always pre-register, and if the room is not ready upon arrival, guests can enjoy the facilities; we will call as soon as the room is ready.
       
  • Do you accommodate late checkout?
    • Every situation and unit is different, so we advise guests to call the front desk the morning of checkout.
       
  • How do I edit my reservation?
    • You can always call our property or reservation line to make any changes to your reservation.
       
  • May I bring my pet?
    • No, we cannot accommodate pets at our resort.
       
  • How far away is the airport from the resort?
    • The airport is 15 miles away (about 25 minutes).
       
  • Is there a shuttle to and from the airport?
    • No, we do not provide shuttle services off of our property.
       
  • Is there a shuttle available to local attractions?
    • No, we do not provide any shuttle services off of our property.
       
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    • Yes we have complimentary Wi-Fi and bandwidth. For a fee, guests can get high-speed Internet.
       
  • What are the restaurants at the resort? Do you have room service?
    • We do not provide room service. We do have a Seaside Café at the towers that serves breakfast and lunch until 3 p.m. and 21 Main, our restaurant on-site, that is open for dinner at 4 p.m. daily.
       
  • What amenities are offered to guests?
    • The amenities offered to guests are as follows: 2.5-acre oceanfront water escape, including a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, hot tubs, waterfalls, lazy river, adults-only & kiddie pools, shuffle board, large checker/chess board, Cinzia Spa, wireless Internet, fitness center, 21 Main steakhouse, seaside café, and summer kids club.
       
  • Do you offer a concierge on-site?
    • The front desk sells various discount tickets to local attractions in the Myrtle Beach area.
       
  • What TV channels are available in the room?
    • We offer standard cable in each unit.
       
  • Are movies available on-site?
    • No, we do not have movies available on-site.
       
  • Are cots available for rooms?
    • We offer complimentary rollaway beds upon request. We have a limited amount, so they are on a first-come, first-served basis.
       
  • Is breakfast provided? If so, from what times? What is the price?
    • The Seaside Café serves breakfast from 7-11 a.m. and prices vary.
       
  • Do you have hair dryers in the room?
    • Yes, we have one hair dryer in the master bathrooms.
       
  • What newspapers does the resort provide, if any?
    • The Seaside Café has our local paper, The Sun News, for sale.
  • Where can I learn more about the Guest Reviews Terms & Conditions?
    • Guests can consult TripAdvisor for guest reviews.
       
  • Is there an iron and ironing board in the room?
    • We provide an iron and ironing board in each unit.
       
  • What is stocked in the kitchen of a room/efficiency/suite/condo?
    • Our condos and house kitchens are fully stocked.
    • Our efficiency kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, and a mini-fridge.
       
  • Do you have handicap-accessible rooms?
    • No, we are not a handicap-accessible resort.
       
  • How do you rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach?
    • Guests can rent chairs and umbrellas through the City of North Myrtle Beach.
       
  • What are the pool hours?
    • The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
       
  • Do the units have a stocked mini-fridge?
    • Our mini-fridges are not stocked.
       
  • How many parking passes are allotted per room?
    • Allotment of parking passes is dependent upon unit size.
       
  • What is the security deposit for? How long does it take for the credit card pre-authorization to be released?
    • We will keep the guest’s credit card on file for incidentals. No pre-authorization will be taken.
       
  • Do the rooms have a washer and dryer?
    • All rooms, except a few of our flats, have washer and dryers.
       
  • Are the pools heated?
    • We have an indoor pool and lazy river that is heated, as well as our outdoor lap pool.
       
  • Are cribs available?
    • No, we do not have cribs. However, we can provide Pack ’n Plays on a first-come, first-served basis.
       
  •  Do any units have a Jacuzzi tub?
    • Yes, all units in the towers, except our one-bedroom Beauforts, have a Jacuzzi tub.
       
  • Do you offer discounts to area attractions? What attractions are close?
    • We provide various discounted tickets to attractions around the Myrtle Beach area, including (but not limited to): Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Medieval Times, Pirates Voyage, Ripley’s Aquarium, the SkyWheel, and WonderWorks. All tickets can be purchased by our front desk staff.
       
  • What is the damage waiver fee?  What is included and not included?
    • The damage waiver fee is $39.95 plus tax. This covers up to $1,000 worth of damages in a unit.
